Building Regulations Principal Designer

We coordinate the design team's work in relation to compliance with the Building Regulations and liaise with the client and principal contractor as the design develops.
The Building Regulations Principal Designer and CDM Principal Designer are separate roles. The former concerns building regulations compliance; the latter concerns health and safety during the pre-construction phase. We agree the required appointments and scope at the outset.
