Advice for the life
of your property.
Established in 2017, Qualis Building Consultancy brings a connected approach to the decisions people make about buildings. From understanding a property before purchase to planning alterations, investigating defects and managing repair works, we help clients move from questions to practical next steps.
Our work spans homes, residential investments and commercial property. Bringing surveying, design and project advice together allows us to consider how a decision today may affect the building’s condition, future use and ongoing maintenance.
Based in Edgware, we serve London and the Home Counties. Every instruction starts with your priorities: what you need to understand, what you want to achieve and the scope of advice required. We explain our findings clearly and recommend proportionate action.
“Quality for everyone” reflects our commitment to useful, accessible advice, whether you are buying your first home, improving a building or looking after a property portfolio.
