Can you help before a contractor is appointed?
Yes. Early support can include the brief, specification, tender documents and review of contractor proposals.
Do you provide both project management and contract administration?
Yes. These are related but distinct services. We agree which roles you need, the contract arrangements and the inspection and reporting scope.
Can you help obtain contractor quotations?
Tender preparation and comparison can be included in the agreed scope, alongside a specification or schedule of works.
How are changes to the works handled?
We record proposed changes and advise on their implications, following the agreed contract and the limits of our appointment.
How often will you visit the site?
We agree the inspection frequency to suit the project. Periodic visits are not continuous supervision of the contractor.
